I was assigned a team member of the green team. Initially, a three-member team, the green team grew to four-members as follows. Auaki (me), zachkelly, Neilham99, and michelledeng. Neillham99 and I managed to stay and discuss the future interaction leading to resolving the new brief. We have arranged to meet, and Neillham99 gave me an input that he knows zachkelly and he will join us at the following meeting. We also set a date and time - Wednesday 4th of March, at 7 pm in SL's TUDublin's classroom. At this stage, it was early to discuss the responsibilities of the members; however, we also exchange e-mails and let ourselves know who we are in "First Life" where we find out that we all are studying Communication Design at TUD. The challenges before the team are taking details and introducing alternative ways of communication, apart from SL. Similarly, we must connect in at least two more platforms. For example, next time, I will propose to make and Facebook chat group between the four members, as well as writing in a designated e-mail folder. Neillham99 and I also agreed to familiarise us with the brief before our next rally. At first glimpse, "Brief 2", suggests engaging in a dialogue with readers of a well-known organisation and exposing the ever-growing concerns around climate change and sustainability. What is more, the outcome of the discussion must lead to a complete restructuring of the organisations' mission to fully sustainable operations. Also, our team must review the wrongdoings of the company and suggest measures and mechanisms for escaping negative-entropy. The challenge is to convince the executives, who have never thought about sustainability, through their busy careers. The final output is a 5-10 minutes presentation digital + delivered in class and the end of the semester. Meanwhile, the members are to continue a self-reflective blog on the development of the project and the team dynamics.
